●  All Private and Group Classes must be paid in full, in advance.

●  A convenience fee of 4% will be charged for any credit/debit card

transactions.

●  The Studio reserves the right to cancel a Group Class if only two people

arrive.

●  All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Accounts will

be charged the full-session rate for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis. The 24-hour cancellation allows us to re-book waiting students with the instructor.

●  No Refunds on Private, Semi-Private or Group lessons. No Refunds on Wedding Packages or Gift Certificates purchased.

At the discretion of the management, credit may be given toward future sessions in special circumstances.

●  Elite Ballroom is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

●  All classes are 45 min in length. This includes time for instructors to

assess and communicate with students regarding their status and

progress.

●  Unused Private and Group class package hours expire if not used within 6

months.

●  $25 bounced check fee for any returned checks.
